The session will also focus on identifying and responding to struggling learners using evidence-based feedback techniques that promote growth, accountability, and psychological safety. Through guided practice and real-world scenarios, participants will build confidence in conducting challenging feedback conversations with clarity, professionalism, and purpose.

Participants will learn how to apply financial, workforce, and quality-based metrics; identify and track meaningful data and analytics; and translate fellowship outcomes into executive-relevant financial impact. The workshop emphasizes aligning ROI messaging with stakeholder priorities and organizational strategy, and prepares participants to confidently present outcomes to C-suite leaders.
