Work is well underway for the 2026 APP Fellowship Conference, scheduled for September 21-23 in Chicago!


APP Fellowship Conference
September 22, 2026 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
& September 23, 2026 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Sessions and speaker topics are relevant to both new and experienced postgraduate program leaders and administrators! Track placement will be determined by your role with your program or programs.


Pre-Conference Intensive Workshop
September 21, 2026 10 am - 4:30 pm
For the Pre-Conference, you will have the opportunity to register for one of two tracks: Faculty Development or Return on Investment. These are concurrent sessions, so you cannot attend both, but you can bring a colleague and each attend one! Add-on with purchase of Conference Registration!

Workshop Track 1 - Faculty Development
The Faculty Development workshop will offer a series of sessions designed to strengthen teaching and mentorship practices. Participants will engage in interactive discussions on communication, presentation, and feedback techniques. As well as an in-depth review of identifying struggling medical learners and discussion of strategies to help. This event will be an excellent opportunity for program faculty to enhance their skills as medical educators!

Workshop Track 2 - Return on Investment of your Fellowship Program
Demonstrating the return on investment (ROI) of your fellowship program is essential for sustaining institutional support and validating its strategic value. This workshop will review ways to capture and demonstrate financial and operational value of your program, address systemic barriers to accurate financial reporting and reimbursement, and strategies for documentation and recognition of the full economic and community impact of your program.
