Established in 2009, the University of Colorado Advanced Practice Fellowship (APF) is one of the nation's longest-running postgraduate training programs for nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Built on the success of our nationally recognized Hospitalist Training Program, the APF has graduated more than 130 fellows who now practice in Hospital Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, Bone Marrow Transplant, and other specialty areas across the country.
Designed for early-career APPs pursuing hospital-based practice, our 12-month fellowship provides immersive clinical training, expert mentorship, and a collaborative learning environment that prepares graduates to thrive as confident, independent clinicians and future healthcare leaders.
