COURSE OBJECTIVES:

  1.  Describe the role of clinical coaching in supporting struggling learners through a non-punitive, growth-oriented framework.
  2.  Compare traditional remediation models with coaching-based approaches for addressing clinical performance gaps.
  3.  Utilize coaching techniques and structured feedback models (e.g., R2C2, SOAP, Feedforward) to guide learners through reflective practice and individualized improvement plans.
